They declared that if they could not gather 250 people at their live concert, they would go to Jukai to camp. As a result, they could not gather 250 people and had to go to the Sea of Trees. On the day of the shooting, the six gathered at the office without being told that they would be camping at Jukai. They were told to go to the jukai and look for items at key locations.
