Overview
Ryusei, a local government employee burdened with debt to pay off his mother who "abandoned" him as a child, decides to earn money by "selling" himself and resigns from his job. However, he is tricked by an escort club and ends up with hundreds of thousands of yen in debt. He tracks down Sonoko, the woman who deceived him, and there he reunites with his high school best friend, Tsukasa. Tsukasa was an elite bureaucrat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but has retired and become a top host. The film depicts the raw reality of men and women who are deceived and hurt as they live their lives against the backdrop of the glamorous nightlife of Ginza, including hostess clubs and host clubs.
