Overview

Some deny the charges, others confess. How does this initial detention, the first step in a lengthy judicial process, unfold? What is the purpose of prison? Hors la loi followed these individuals, accused of crimes such as burglary, car theft, illegal residency, and attempted rape, inside their cells.
