   Nick meets Bob Mortimer at a pub called the Pig and Butcher, and then arranges to meet his girlfriend for an anniversary dinner at their favorite restaurant.

   Following his recent break-up, Nick wakes up in Camden.

   Nick travels to Leeds with his best mate David Trent, where they tuck into Yorkshire pudding wraps for breakfast before Nick seeks out some chicken soup to help mend his broken heart at a Jewish deli.

   Nick goes back to Brighton to catch up with some old friends and take his mind off his ex.

   Nick journeys to Berlin to reinvent himself with help from Gemma Whelan.

   Nick returns to his family home town of St Albans for waffles with bacon, followed by a visit to his parents' house for his mum's prawn lasagne and a shoulder to cry on.

   Determined to not let his break-up ruin the non-refundable weekend away to Paris he'd booked for his ex, Nick decides to take David Trent instead.

   Nick is joined by Nish Kumar to eat their way around London's Little Europe before Brexit shuts everything down.

   Nick attempts to get as far away from his ex as possible by house hunting in Peckham.

    Nick decides to get out of his comfort zone and travels to rural Essex for a farm to fork experience.
